I called Celltech at around 2:15pm this afternoon to ask about getting my Samsung S6 screen repaired as I stupidly dropped it at Easter and the screen cracked. The man on the phone had a great manner and was really helpful regarding prices. I work in Warrington and so used the rapid call out service. A nice lady came to where I work, picked up my phone, and it was fixed within an hour and delivered back to me :). Feels like I’ve got a brand new phone again now. I’m dead happy with the service!

Took my phone into Celltech it having been water damaged . I didn’t think there was any hope of repair …. Within 24 hours I received a call back from them informing me it was in full working order and ready for collection … Could not recommend these guys enough …. If you have any problems with your phone look no further …..

Brilliant customer service im amazed how quick my water damaged phone was fixed at fantastic price, i was told by another company it wasnt fixable then brought here as there the only business to have a special machine to fix water damaged iphones. Will recommend to all friends

Rang just after 9.00am on a Bank Holiday Monday and was amazed when they answered the phone! Arranged to drop iPhone 6plus off for a repair to the smashed screen at 10.30 and was all sorted by 11..15!
Fabulous service, will be using in future for all our tech needs. Thanks so much!!

I cannot recommend the lovely people at Celltech enough.

After having a running battle with both O2 and Samsung re a charger port problem on my Galaxy S6 that is less than 5 months old, I took the phone to Celltech as a last resort. I was given honest, no frills info and promised a response within 24 hours after their engineer had looked at it.

On ringing for an update I was told the phone had been fixed – to say my flabber was ghasted is an understatement, not only was it fixed but there was no charge for their work….O2 had said they would need a payment of £67.00 to “fix the problem” – I will be addressing that with them but, back to my review.

Big thumbs up to Celltech – I will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs phone help in the future – you have restored my faith in customer service – THANK YOU

We look after people IT / Software etc and always go straight to Cell Tech for phone problems. Replace S4 battery, cracked screen, iPhone Batteries. No fuss, no sucking breath through teeth, just – it’ll be …, come back in an hour.

Just there today with a iPhone 4s going from 90% to 0% in 10 minutes of using maps.

Definitely get one of my rare 5/5’s

I’ve used Celltech a few times and they’ve always given me efficient, professional and top quality service at sensible prices, sometimes completing repairs that other shops said couldn’t be done. They’re highly recommended, don’t think about going anywhere else.

After being devastated as I watched my iphone4s fly through the air and land screen down on concrete, I was thrilled to find Celltech – Superb service, very quick, very polite and really good value for money – Thank you I would recommend anyone to use them.

Perhaps there should be a list of causes to see who had the best / worst smashed screen incident – mine was just after a dressage test – Deli (the horse) knocked it out of my hand as I was about to watch the video back – perhaps she knew something I didn’t !

Prices are Great along with the service.

Took my iPhone 4s in for issue with volume down button. Repaired in less than 2 hours and at a great price.
Also fixed screen issue at no extra cost.
Always take my phones here for repair and will continue to do so.
Can’t fault.

Visited today to get my Nokia Lumia repaired. Screen had become useless. I was greeted cheerfully, given a good estimate and told that my phone would be ready in about an hour and three quarters. In fact they did it in an hour and a quarter with no fuss. They can have my repairs etc any day. Wonderful.

So iPhone wouldn’t charge, Apple said it couldn’t be fixed because it was the ‘board’ and I would need a new phone at £199, O2 offered an upgrade for £150, Celltech fixed it for £25!
