1. Fetch!
It was reported that whilst taking her dog out for a walk, a lady threw a ball for her pooch and
accidentally let go of her phone at the same time. Typically, the dog decided to catch the phone
instead…
2. An expensive photo opportunity
Whilst driving down the motorway, a man saw a beautiful rainbow and thought it would be a great
opportunity to take a photograph. As you can imagine, sticking your phone out the window at
70mph wasn’t the smartest move when his phone flew out of his hand and was never to be seen
again.
3. Give a dog a phone
Here at Cell Tech we often speak to customers whose pets have attacked or broken their mobile
phone, however this story is particularly memorable. One lady never saw her phone again after her
friend’s dog heard it ringing and ran off with it. We should add that the ringtone was the sound of
cats meowing…
4. Sinkhole disaster!
Now this isn’t something you hear every day! Whilst at a picnic, one man reported setting his phone
down on a chair to go for a drink, when all of a sudden people started running away and screaming.
After turning around, he realised that a huge sinkhole had formed and swallowed up several chairs
and his phone!
5. Sleep walking
We all know that water and mobile phones just don’t mix and here is just another device that didn’t
live to tell the tale… One lady revealed that she went into the kitchen one night to see what her
husband was up to and found him standing at the kitchen sink running his soapy mobile phone
under the tap. It wasn’t long until she realised he was sleepwalking and thought he was doing the
dishes!
While these stories make for great entertainment, having to mend or replace your mobile phone can
